Located in Johor Bahru, 1975 Avenue & Hotel is a unique luxury resort featuring two decommissioned Boeing 747 aircraft, reimagined into 18 multi-country themed duplex cabin suites. Paired with 20 main building guestrooms, an artificial beach, lagoon pool, SPA, and dining venues, the resort needed custom commercial furniture built for both unique fuselage contours and public spaces. Taitang was appointed as the FF&E manufacturer to deliver a complete custom hotel furniture package.
- Suite Furniture: Custom-crafted compact curved sofas, low-profile lounge chairs, and wall-anchored vanity desks contoured to fit the arched interior architecture of the Boeing 747 cabins.
- Public Area & Restaurant Seating: Manufactured plush lounge armchairs in burnt orange and avocado green velvet, alongside dining tables with marble tops and ergonomic dining chairs for the main restaurant and bar.
- Unified Design Language: Standardized wood veneers, brushed brass metal accents, and stain-resistant commercial upholstery across the main building and the aircraft suites for a cohesive luxury aesthetic.

- Structural Load Testing: Tested frame load capacities, joinery integrity, and high-rub-count fabric durability for all high-use lobby and restaurant seating.
- Moisture & Stain Resistance: Applied humidity-resistant wood sealants and liquid-repellent fabric coatings engineered for Malaysia's tropical climate and poolside environment.
