Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Maison Apartments is a serviced residential property offering one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Combining modern apartment layouts, fully equipped kitchenettes, and hotel-grade management, the property caters to corporate executives, families, and long-term travelers. To elevate guest sleeping comfort and reinforce its upscale brand identity, Maison Apartments partnered with Taitang for a custom textile supply package.
Customization Process
Outfitting serviced apartments requires commercial-grade textiles that withstand frequent industrial laundering while retaining a cozy, home-away-from-home feel.
- Custom-Branded Bath Towels: Manufactured high-density, absorbent white cotton bath towels featuring elegant embroidery of the "Maison Apartments" logo for a brand touch.
- Fitted Bedding & Clear Labeling: Supplied white cotton bed sheets and king-size duvet covers integrated with clear size tags to streamline housekeeping inventory management.
- Durable Fabric Engineering: Selected breathable, long-staple combed cotton engineered to resist wear and maintain softness through continuous commercial laundering cycles.
Quality Assurance
- Tensile Strength Testing: Tested fabric density, seam integrity, and tear resistance across all bulk bed sheets and towel weaves prior to export.
- Embroidery & Colorfastness Inspection: Verified that logo embroidery threads and white textile dyes remain vibrant and bleed-resistant under high-temperature washing.
Outcome & Client Feedback
Taitang delivered the tailored textile shipment safely, enabling Maison Apartments to furnish its suites ahead of schedule.
"Taitang understood the unique textile needs of our serviced apartments. The embroidered bath towels and bedding offer our guests luxury comfort while holding up well to daily commercial laundering."
