Customization Timeline
To support the hotel’s strict opening schedule, Taitang executed an agile OEM customization process:
- March: Initial project consultation and requirements agreement at the Thaifex Food Exhibition in Thailand.
- May: Sample order produced and dispatched for client hands-on tactile and washability testing.
- July: Sample approval finalized and full commercial bulk production order officially placed.
- August: Bulk manufacturing completed; products passed factory QA, were packed into export containers, and arrived at the client's property by late August.
- September–October: Soft opening in mid-September, followed by the successful grand opening on October 1st.

- Satin Stripe Bedding Sets: Supplied breathable, high-thread-count white satin stripe linens engineered for tropical laundering and long-lasting softness.

- Fiber Safety & Absorbency: Certified 100% long-staple combed cotton construction, ensuring rapid water absorbency, zero chemical fluorescent agents, and hypoallergenic guest comfort.
- Online Inspection: Inspection sessions with the hotel's procurement team to inspect logo embroidery precision, GSM towel weights, stitching alignment, and carton sealing prior to container loading.
